SAHAR FOTOUHI

Panache Bridal is pleased to welcome our new Fashion Director and In-House Atelier Designer, Sahar Fotouhi.

Sahar is a US-based Iranian fashion designer and artist. She is the Creative Director and power behind the revival of the contemporary Los Angeles-based clothing brand, Frankie. There, she led the transition to Frankie by Sahar LLC and now serves as CEO. Sahar built an impressive career path working for various couture and high-end brands including Thom Brown, Tory Burch, and Marc Jacobs where she specialized in artistic design, couture, and textile. She continued her artistic path in Max Azria Atelier for Runway where she honed her design skills in glamour and luxury.

While Sahar’s career was shaped here in the US, her initial experience with fashion began in her motherland. Born and raised in Iran, a country with a rich history of art and architecture, Sahar was deeply inspired by the colors and complex patterns in Persian mosaic art and miniatures. Sahar’s travels eventually took her through Italy and France where she explored the exotic and luxurious contemporary world of fashion. Her journey culminated in advancing her education at the prestigious Parson’s School of Design in New York City where she was awarded a full scholarship.
